Rules & Guidelines

General:

  • Participants must be 18 years or older to take part in this fest, regardless of whether they create SFW or NSFW content.

  • This fest is open to everyone. To help ensure all participants feel comfortable, certain extreme kinks and taboo content are not permitted. Please refer to the Forbidden Content List HERE.

  • This fest is exclusively for San/Mingi as the central romantic and/or sexual pairing. This means polyamorous relationships, threesomes, and any relationship involving additional romantic or sexual partners, are not permitted.

  • The use of generative AI is strictly prohibited. This includes using AI to generate prompts, brainstorm, write, rewrite, edit, proofread, or otherwise assist in creating your submission. This applies to all generative AI tools, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Claude, DeepSeek, Gemini, Grok, Grammarly AI, and similar services.

  • Plagiarism is strictly forbidden. While coming up with original ideas can be challenging, copying another person's work or substantially reproducing their ideas is not permitted.

  • To preserve anonymity, do not publicly share your prompt, WIPs, or spoilers until the fest has concluded.

  • Artists and authors may choose to collaborate on a single submission. If you are interested, select the collaboration option on the claim form. If both matched participants opt in, they will be offered the opportunity to collaborate. If either participant declines the collaboration, both claimers must keep each other's identities confidential. Revealing other participants' and their prompts will result in disqualification from the current fest and a permanent ban from participating in future events.

Prompting:

  • You do not have to be an author or artist to submit prompts. You may submit as many prompts as you like, but each prompt must be submitted through a separate form.

  • When writing your prompt, include your ''WANTS'' and ''DON'T WANTS'', and a general plot or concept you would like to see. However, do not specify top/bottom, or overly detailed requirements.

  • Please keep your prompt broad enough to give the assigned author or artist creative freedom while still communicating the core idea.

Claiming:

  • No co-authoring, but author's are allowed one beta-reader.

  • Completed written works must be a minimum of 3,000 words. By the check-in deadline, authors must have written at least 1,000 words, while artists must submit at least a sketch.

  • All works must be fully completed by the time of posting. For multi-chapter works or comics, this means that all chapters or pages must be finished before posting.

  • Your submission must be a stand-alone work and cannot be part of an existing project.

  • Extensions may be granted for both check-in and final posting deadlines, but you must contact Admin in advance.

  • If you miss a deadline without contacting Admin, you will receive a follow-up message. Failure to respond may result in removal from the fest due to inactivity.

  • Admin can be contacted by email, Twitter DMs, or Bluesky DMs. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

  • Artists will post their own work so they receive full and proper credit. Admin will provide each artist with a specific posting date and time.

  • If you are unable to be online at your assigned time, please schedule your post in advance or contact Admin to make alternative arrangements.

  • If your primary activity is on Bluesky, please contact the Admin for alternative arrangements if you can't post at the assigned time.

If any part of your claimed prompt is unclear, you can contact Admin to request further clarification.

  • Please read the Rules & Guidelines before submitting a prompt.

Claiming:

  • Claims will also be submitted through a Google Form. The full prompt list will be published before claiming opens.

  • If you wish to claim both the author and artist role for the same prompt, you must submit two separate claim forms; one as an author and one as an artist.
